Ferienhaus Heckelmann – Im Wiesental 2b, 54538 Diefenbach (below called holiday home)

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with Ferienhaus Heckelmann, Im Wiesental 2b, 54538 Diefenbach, represented by Ms. Dorothe Heckelmann, also, as the operator of the vacation home (as listed above).
2. Reservations are binding for both contractual partners. In principle, the contract cannot be terminated unilaterally. Resignation can only be made with the consent of Ferienhaus Heckelmann and taking into account the compensation rules no. I No. 7 of these terms and conditions. 5. If the customer is not the organizer at the same time or if he orders at the expense of someone else, the customer is liable for any costs incurred./li>
6. Invoices are due immediately upon receipt in cash without any discount. In the event of default in payment, the holiday home (operator) is entitled to charge default interest at the statutory rate. The contractual partner can only offset counterclaims to the extent that their claims are undisputed or have been legally established.
7. If a customer does not accept contractual services that he has ordered or reserved in advance, he remains obliged to pay the agreed price in the following amount: For cancellations between the 30th and the 9th calendar day before the agreed service period, 50% of the services ordered will be charged. In the case of cancellations in the period from the 8th to the agreed time of performance, 80% of the ordered services, based on the agreed price of the ordered services, are due. Cancellations are reduced by the amount of the lodges that can be achieved by sublet the canceled rooms on the booked date.
8. If the business operations or the security of the Heckelmann holiday home or its guests are endangered by a contractual partner, the operator can withdraw from the contract. This also applies in the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable, extraordinary and involuntary circumstances if this makes the performance of the holiday home impossible, unreasonable or of no interest to the contractual partner.
9. If the guest uses a parking space at the holiday home, this does not result in a safekeeping order. The operator is not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles parked or maneuvered on the operator's property and their contents, unless the operator is responsible for intent or gross negligence. This also applies to vicarious agents of the holiday home.
10. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising between the parties from the contractual relationship is Wittlich. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Valuables such as jewelry, money or other things must be locked in the respective safes of the holiday home. The customer is responsible for the security of his property. The operator cannot be made liable for the loss.
11. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective or void, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining contents of the contract. The two contracting parties undertake to replace the legally ineffective provisions with a legally effective one that comes closest to the economic purpose and the analogous content of the invalid provision. In addition, the statutory provisions apply.
12. The customer is liable for any damage to the holiday home / holiday apartment.
13. Pets are only accepted on request.
